Product Description

Our Movable Gold Trommel Washing Plant is a highly flexible, self-contained mobile mineral processing unit engineered for the primary recovery of alluvial gold, placer gold, and gold-bearing river sand. By integrating a feeding hopper, high-pressure washing system, rotary trommel screen, and gravity recovery equipment onto a single heavy-duty wheeled chassis, this plant offers miners a true "plug-and-play" solution. It is designed to minimize installation costs, eliminate foundation construction, and allow rapid relocation as the mining face advances.

Application Scenarios

This highly mobile configuration is ideal for flexible, fast-paced mining operations across diverse and remote terrains:

· Multi-Site & Small-Scale Mining: Perfect for operators working on scattered or small-capacity deposits that do not justify a large, permanent plant.

· Gold Exploration & Pilot Testing: Widely used by mining companies to conduct bulk sampling and evaluate gold grade across different zones before full-scale investment.

· Riverbed & Remote Creek Operations: Easily towed into narrow valleys, riverbanks, and remote bush areas with limited infrastructure.

· Dry Creek & Arid Placer Mining: Deployed in dry placer deposits, easily moving closer to the raw material source to drastically reduce truck hauling costs.

Product Features

Our mobile trommels are built with industrial-grade mechanical components to ensure reliable operation under the harshest mining conditions:

· Heavy-Duty Wheeled Chassis: Fitted with single or multi-axle heavy-duty tires, a robust towing bar, and mechanical leveling jacks (stabilizers) for quick setup on uneven mining grounds.

· Dual-Action Washing & Screening Drum: The trommel drum features a scrub section with internal lifters to disintegrate moderately sticky clay, followed by a screen section utilizing high-tensile woven wire or polyurethane (PU) mesh for precise sizing.

· Integrated Power Unit: Options for an onboard diesel generator set or a direct-drive diesel engine. This makes the plant completely self-sufficient and independent of external grid power.

· High-Pressure Internal Spray-Bar: Equipped with a built-in water distribution pipe and targeted high-pressure spray nozzles inside both the hopper and the drum to wash away stubborn mud from gravels.

· Onboard Gold Recovery Equipment: Pre-installed with optimized Gold Sluice Boxes lined with premium gold-trapping carpets (such as Prospectors/Miner's Moss). The sluices fold up or dismantle quickly for transport.

· Compact, No-Foundation Design: Requires zero concrete foundation work. Once towed to the site, simply extend the jacks, connect the water pump, and start processing ore within hours.

· Technical Selection Guide (How to Choose the Right Plant)

To select the perfect model for your project, evaluate your site conditions based on the following key operational parameters:

Key Criteria

Orebodies Characteristics

Recommended Equipment Configuration

Production Scale

Small Scale (10 - 50 TPH) Medium Scale (100 - 150 TPH)

Single-axle chassis with a compact integrated sluice box. Multi-axle heavy chassis with extended drum & dual sluice lines.

Clay Content

Low Clay / Loose Sand Medium to High Clay

Standard Trommel Screen (Sufficient for loose gravels). Trommel with Pre-Scrubbing Section (Longer drum to break mud).

Gold Particle Size

Coarse Gold / Nuggets Fine / Ultra-Fine Flake Gold

Standard Sluice Box with Gold Mining Carpet. Add an onboard Centrifugal Gold Concentrator to the fine output.

Feeding Method

Manual / Small Excavator Heavy Excavator / Loader

Low-height hopper with a manual grizzly screen. Oversized hopper with an automated Tipping Grizzly to reject large rocks.

Power Source Availability

No Local Grid Power Existing Site Generator

Choose the Onboard Diesel Engine / Generator option. Choose a pure electric motor setup to reduce equipment weight and cost.
