· Heavy-Duty Rotary Drum & Scrubber: Features a high-torque rotary scrubber or trommel with internal mechanical lifters and cutting blades. This design utilizes high-impact material-on-material attrition to completely dissolve tough clay.

· Wear-Resistant Manganese & Rubber Liners: The washing drum and heavy-impact zones are lined with replaceable high-manganese steel or premium rubber liners, drastically reducing maintenance downtime and extending equipment lifespan.

· Precision Screen Media Options: Equipped with multi-stage screening decks using high-tensile woven wire mesh or heavy-duty Polyurethane (PU) screen panels to ensure accurate sizing and prevent clogging (blinding).

· High-Pressure Spray-Bar System: Built with an optimized network of high-pressure water spray nozzles inside the hopper and the screen. This system flushes away adhering mud from gravels, ensuring all gold is washed down into the recovery circuit.

· Versatile Modular & Chassis Design: Available in Stationary Modular structures for long-term projects, Skid-Mounted platforms for easy dragging, or Wheeled Mobile chassis fitted with towing bars for rapid highway/rough-terrain transit.

· Seamless Downstream Integration: Designed with optimized drop heights and discharge chutes to seamlessly feed directly into Gold Sluice Boxes (with gold carpets), Centrifugal Concentrators, or Jig Machines.

· Eco-Conscious Water Efficiency: Engineered with water-recycling readiness, allowing the plant to operate efficiently with low fresh-water consumption, making it ideal for arid or environmentally sensitive mining zones.
