· Anti-Clogging Gold Recovery Circuit: By eliminating heavy iron sand upfront, this design prevents the "blinding" or overloading of gold mining carpets, centrifugal concentrators, and jig machines. This keeps the gold recovery slots open and highly receptive to fine gold particles.

· High-Torque Rotary Scrubbing & Sizing: Features a heavy-duty rotary trommel/scrubber lined with wear-resistant manganese steel. Internal mechanical lifters thoroughly break down sticky, iron-bearing clay to liberate every single gold grain.

· Non-Magnetic Processing Zones: Critical structural parts and chutes near the magnetic separator are constructed from high-grade stainless steel or non-magnetic materials. This eliminates magnetic interference, ensuring smooth slurry flow and preventing material blockages.

· Precision Multi-Stage Spray Systems: Fitted with an optimized network of high-pressure water nozzles. These nozzles wash away adhering clays from both large gravels and magnetic particles, ensuring zero gold gets trapped in the iron concentrate.
