· Integrated Buoyancy Architecture: Wrapped in a thick outer layer of high-density, closed-cell expanded foam that guarantees a minimum of 20% to 30% reserve buoyancy, keeping the pipeline perfectly afloat even when fully loaded with dense sand slurry.
· Non-Water Absorbent Foam: The specialized foam casing remains completely watertight; it will not absorb water or lose its buoyancy if the outer rubber skin gets punctured or scratched by marine debris.
· Extreme Internal Wear Resistance: Outfitted with a premium natural or synthetic rubber inner liner (typically 15mm to 40mm thick) that withstands continuous scouring by sharp sand, gravel, and coral fragments.
