Product Description
A Dredger Discharge Rubber Hose is a heavy-duty, highly flexible marine pipeline component specifically designed to transport abrasive slurries under high pressure. Positioned between dredging vessels, floating pipelines, and shorelines, these hoses absorb heavy sea swells, waves, and bending stresses while ensuring a continuous flow of dredged material.
· Multi-Layer Abrasion Resistance: Built with a premium natural or synthetic rubber inner lining (often NR/BR blend) that delivers exceptional resistance against continuous scouring by sharp sand, gravel, and coral reef pieces.
· High-Tensile Fabric Reinforcement: Reinforced with multiple layers of heavy-duty polyester cord and high-strength steel wire spirals to withstand extreme internal operating pressures and prevent kinking.
·Integrated Steel Flanges: Features vulcanized, built-in steel flanges (available in rotating or fixed designs) that provide perfectly watertight connections and prevent blowouts under pressure.
· Excellent Flexibility & Bend Radius: Engineered with an optimized bending radius to allow maximum flexibility, making it perfect for connecting floating pontoons that sway with sea waves.
· Weather & UV Resistant Cover: Wrapped in a tough synthetic rubber outer layer that resists ozone degradation, saltwater corrosion, sun cracking, and external friction damage.
· Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) Lines: Used as critical flexible connections on the stern of a CSD or between floating pipeline pontoons to transport sand slurry to the shore.
· Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) Discharge: Deployed on the discharge arm or bow-coupling systems of hopper dredgers to pump collected material to land reclamation sites.
· Port & Harbor Deepening: Serves as the primary conduit for moving dredged silt, mud, and soft clay out of commercial shipping channels.
· Coastal Land Reclamation: Transports high volumes of fill-sand and heavy gravel aggregate over water and rough beach terrains to build new coastal infrastructure.
