This 500m³/h jet suction dredger is a piece of high-efficiency dredging equipment independently developed and produced by Qingzhou Yongli Mining and Dredging Machinery Co., Ltd. It is also widely known as sand jet suction dredger, river jet suction dredger and dredging jet suction machine, which integrates water jet loosening, mud and sand suction and long-distance pipeline transportation. This dredger adopts a sturdy pontoon structure with overall dimensions of 11.0m in length, 4.52m in breadth and 1.26m in depth. The main pontoon and side pontoons are made of high-strength steel plates with different thicknesses, featuring strong stability, good buoyancy and low draught, with an average draught of only 0.5m, suitable for shallow water operation. It is equipped with a 110KW four-grade main engine with a speed of 1440r/min, supporting variable frequency startup, stable operation and low energy consumption. The core dredging pump is 150WN model with Cr26 wear-resistant material, the hardness of pump casing and impeller is ≥58 Rockwell, which can transport particles with a maximum diameter of 80mm, ensuring long service life in harsh working conditions.

Equipped with a 30KW water injection pump with a flow rate of 220m³ and a head of 30m, the high-pressure water jet can quickly loosen sediment and sand layers, greatly improving suction efficiency. The dredger has a rated water flow of 500m³/h, a maximum dredging depth of 12m, and a discharge distance of up to 500m, with 200mm inner diameter suction and discharge pipes to ensure smooth conveying. It is also equipped with ladder lifting winch and swing winches to realize flexible adjustment of dredging position and depth, equipped with operation room, control console and lighting system to ensure safe and convenient operation.
